Do you require a schedule?

Yes, my mobile service is a maintenance service, and I ask clients to commit to a consistent schedule anywhere from 4-12 weeks, but is dependent on breed and coat type. If your dog has a curly coat, I require a 6-8 week schedule.

What can I expect at my first appointment? 

I will pull up to your home and take a few minutes to set up.  I will greet you and your pet, answer any additional questions or concerns that you may have regarding your dog's grooming session.

Please have your pet on leash and ready to go. Upon completion, I will collect payment and have a receipt with the following appointment date. 

How does scheduling work?

I schedule appointments based on your dog's grooming schedule and by location. I do try to accommodate scheduling requests, but in order to keep my prices as low as possible, I need to keep my driving route as tight as possible.  

Do I need to stay home for the entire appointment?

I only require new clients to be home for the first visit. Existing clients are welcome to leave a key or lockbox code for entry while you are at work or running errands. This allows clients the freedom to set up a recurring schedule during the work week. 

What types of payment do you take?

I take cash, check, Venmo, or Credit Card (+3% fee)
